Unetix has partnered with Cardiac Science to offer onsite service on your Multilab LHS product. You can avoid unnecessary downtime associated with shipping your system to the factory for repair. Our experts will repair your unit at your facility so you can start doing cases right away. This helps you realize the full potential your investment and increases productivity. Our factory trained professionals have experience with the Multilab and can provide the expertise and factory supplied parts you need to get your system up and running.

Q-Care On-Site

For our larger devices and software systems, 80 percent of our customers choose this package. It includes performance maintenance, parts, and on-site support for basic and complex repair.

Q-Care First Response

This package is perfect for hospital or larger environments staffed with bio-medical engineers. We train your team for basic repairs, supply parts, and at your request, will come on site for more complex service assistance.

Pay As You Go

If you prefer to pay for service on an as needed basis, you can contact us an arrange for either onsite support or factory repair.

Q-Care Factory Repair

If maximum system availability is not a concern for you, we offer service programs that allow you to return your system to the factory for repair.
